Groundskeeper - Full-time / Part-time

Job Title: Groundskeeper

Location: Manassas, Virginia

Pay Range: $17.25hr

Position Overview

As a Groundskeeper, you'll be an essential part of the team responsible for maintaining the grounds of our client's property in Manassas, Virginia. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform power washing, mowing, edging, trimming, tree cutting, pruning, and other grounds maintenance tasks.
• Utilize backpack blowers and hand tools effectively to complete assigned duties. 
• Work diligently to ensure the grounds are kept in pristine condition and meet client expectations. 
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment and performing tasks. 
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work and address any issues or concerns.  

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. 
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. 
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.  

Benefits

• Monday - Friday
• 7am - 3:30pm schedule
