Benefits Specialist

What you'll do:

Day-to-Day Operations and Plan Administration

• Support the day-to-day operations of the benefits team
• Triage and respond to common associate and HR inquiries related to benefits leveraging knowledge-based response library
• Update and maintain benefit communications, including intranet content and electronic documents
• Manage benefit integration (vendor) error reports and resolve enrollment issues to ensure timely and accurate enrollment in vendor systems
• Manage tasks in benefit administration system (monitor in-box, close "to-dos", manage mid-year events and enrollment changes, manage EOI approvals/denials, etc.)
• Process requests for census data and other benefit reporting needs
• Raise purchase orders and process and reconcile benefit invoices
• Document and maintain administrative guides for assigned benefit processes

What you'll need:

• 2 years professional experience or if less than 2 years, experience in a benefits/HR role
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment
• Strong technical skills including Microsoft and Google suites
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, detailed oriented, and ability to handle sensitive situations/documentation
• Self-starter and solution oriented

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 56,000 USD - 77,280 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
