Our client, Energy and Water conservation programs is seeking a Sr. Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative you will be part of the Energy department supporting Customer Service and Administration the ideal candidate will have Customer Service,  Basic Excel and Data Entry experience which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Sr. Customer Service Rep On-Site 

Location: Honolulu, Hi 

Pay Range: $23.00-$26.00hr 

 

What’s the Job?

Max of 5

  • Provide Customer Call support and respond to customer inquiriries on the efficiency conservation program. 
  • Use knowledge of the program requirements to determine applicant eligibility. 
  • Work with team to process customer rebate applications into work under management system and provide quality control reviews 
  • Maintain productive relationships with internal and external clients  
  • Assist with Administration duties. 

 

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree preferred OR equivalent experience. 
  • 2-3 years of MS office including Basic Excel, Word and Powerpoint 
  • Accurate typing at 40 wpm. 
  • Excellent Organization and Administration skills. 
  • Ability to multitask.
