Our client, a leading water purification company, is seeking an Operator I to join their team. As an Operator I, you will be part of the Water Purification Department supporting various teams within the refinery/industrial facility. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Operator I
Location: Boring, OR
Pay: $28
Duration: Temporary 65 days

What’s the Job?

  • Operate and maintain sludge, dewatering treatment, processing, disposal, and testing equipment to purify water to meet customer specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations by the American with Disabilities Act and maintain water purification standards.
  • Independently operate assigned machines and equipment to meet or exceed processing and quality targets.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to accomplish tasks and adapt to changing responsibilities.
  • Learn and operate various equipment and machinery necessary for water purification processes.


What’s Needed?

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Some experience in a related position and environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in using computer programs for process control.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English for operational, process, safety, and quality instructions.
  • Availability for rotational 24-hour emergency on-call if required by the site.
