Production Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

Our client in Attleboro, MA is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Production Team. The ideal candidate will have Leadership Skills, Supervisory Skills and Professionalism which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Attleboro, MA

Pay Range: $22/hour

What’s the Job?

• Direct oversight of Production Operators
• Maintain accountability of all operators and drive metrics on safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and continuous improvement
• Achieving production schedules in support of customer needs
• Set priorities and direct daily operations to include timely completion of jobs to supply the manufacturing lines
• Prioritize work activities for operators to achieve target on time delivery and delinquency goals

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
• Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work well as a team
• Ability to lead, set an example, and direct teams to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, as well as, comprehend verbal instructions and effectively communicate both verbally and written
