COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dentist (DDS)

• Base salary: $205,900-$263,000 per years experience
• Annual productivity bonus: Encounter based.
• Relocation: Paid
• Sign on bonus: $40,000
• CME: $3K + 40 hours
• Vacation: 6 weeks
• Loan repayment through NHSC
• Covered: Professional Licensure, DEA, Association dues/fees, BLS/ACLS fees.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Dentist (DDS)

• Work Week: 4-day 10-hour shifts
• Clinic hours: 7:30a-5:30p
• Patient volume: 10-12
