Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP PP and QM Consultant 58622141 who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as manage services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Functional Architect with a focus on Principal Consultant-ERP SAP specifically within the S/4 HANA Production Planning domain. With a requirement of 10 to 13 years of experience the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming our manufacturing and supply chain operations leveraging deep technical expertise in S/4 HANA PP modules to drive efficiency and innovation.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of S/4 HANA PP-Demand Management solutions to optimize production planning processes.
• Develop and maintain S/4 HANA PP-Master data to ensure accuracy and efficiency in production operations.
• Oversee the execution of process orders through S/4 HANA PP-Process Order exe enhancing operational workflows.
• Implement S/4 HANA PP-Shop floor exe strategies to improve shop floor management and productivity.
• Utilize S/4 HANA PP-Variant Config to support product customization and meet diverse customer demands.
• Drive the integration of S/4 HANA PP-Sales&Ops Plan to align sales and production planning for optimal resource utilization.
• Enhance material requirement planning with S/4 HANA MM-Material req Plng to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Apply S/4 HANA PP-Batch Management for efficient tracking and management of batch production.
• Leverage S/4 HANA SAP PP-PI for process industry-specific solutions enhancing operational efficiency.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 to 13 years total work experience in the SAP PP and SAP QM and Plant Maintenance.
• Must have extensive experience in S/4 HANA PP modules including Demand Management  Master Data  and Process Order Execution.
• Proven track record in implementing S/4 HANA PP-Shop floor exe and Variant Config to improve production efficiency.
• Experience in S/4 HANA PP-Sales&Ops Plan and MM-Material req Plng is essential for effective supply chain management.
• Knowledge in S/4 HANA PP-Batch Management and SAP PP-PI is crucial for process optimization.
• Familiarity with S/4 HANA Eng change mgmt (ECM)  Long Term Planning  and Productioncampaign is desirable.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain domains  particularly in Manufacturing Operations(LS) and Manufacturing Intelligence&Analytics  is highly valued.
