The candidate will need to come from a fabrication or welding background. Responsibilities: Inspect tools and equipment and coordinate with Maintenance personnel. Plan and coordinate all materials. Ensure employees are properly trained in quality standards and procedures. plan for efficient shop operations that day Train and develop employees.
