Process Engineer Manufacturing Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Process Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer/Process Controls Engineer / Project Manager / Continuous Improvement Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, implement test methods, and provide statistical capability analysis in a non-union car battery plant.

Requirements:

• BS in an Engineering discipline required

• BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Material or Systems Engineering desired

• Strong mechanical background

• PLC programming, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Design experience helpful

• Basic understanding of CAD software and techniques.

• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and database software

Responsibilities:

• Setting up new Automation Lines (Automation Lines/Robots) and improving the overall processes on the plant floor.

• Learning, developing and documenting work instructions, standard operating procedures at the facility.

• Implementing test method development processes.

• Providing statistical capability analysis for equipment evaluation.

• Ensuring employees are trained and performing tests correctly.

• Monitoring manufacturing processes daily to understand processes and analyze issues.

• Assisting with identifying solutions leading to desired goals.

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
