Manufacturing Associate

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Lincoln, NH to bring on manufacturing associates. This is a full-time position and will be temp to hire.

Position: Plating Tecnician

1st shift: 7am-3:30 pm (Monday through Friday)
2nd shift: 3pm-11:30pm (Monday through Friday)
3rd shift 11pm - 7:30am (Monday through Saturday)
4th shift: 6am-6pm (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Pay rate:
1st - $18.99/HR
2nd - $22.49/HR
3rd - $23.49/HR
4th - $21.27/HR

Roles & Responsibilities: Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Loads and unloads tote pans of parts, stacks parts in baskets, racks and/or barrels, racks, unracks, cleans, etches, desmuts, pickles, bright dips dyes, degreases, heat treats, plates, coats, wet processes and dries parts. Uses electric hoists and manual lifting.
• Following prescribed procedures for processing.
• Fills baskets, racks, and/or barrels with parts to be processed and lowers material into appropriate tank.
• Removes parts when process is completed.
• Maintains cleanliness of tanks and work areas.
• Monitors temperature of solutions.
• Maintains daily production logs.
• Physically inspects processing to ensure quality of product.
• May be required to perform general utility work, material handling, assist with chemical handling and solution maintenance and record keeping as needed.
• May be asked to troubleshoot simple to moderate problems.
• Performs other duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

• High school or general education degree (GED); or equivalent months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information to other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

Pay Details: $18.99 to $23.49 per hour
