• Contract - 6 months with possibility of extension
• Hybrid possibility once training is completed (must provide own equipment for at home)

Only considering candidates with the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Project Management, Tech, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Microsoft Office skills
• experience with HPQC
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, and verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the coordination and management of queue management project modification requests including process tracking and document/communication retention.
• Learn, administer, and assist the team in tracking the queue management processes
• Provides support and backup to the queue management specialists and team as required (attending meetings, tracking project status, updating tracking documents and databases, filing of documentation, and assisting with stakeholder communications).
• Provide support for processing of deposits provided by customers for specific study processes.
• Support the Management team with specific project/process management, project and technical data research, internal and external coordination efforts to obtain certain data, and develop reports as requested.
