Project Manager

Summary:

Seeking a qualified individual with active licensure in electrical trades or a degree in Electrical Engineering or Project Management to fill the role of Project Manager, overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• "Active" State Licensed Journeyman Electrician, Master Electrician, or a degree in Electrical Engineering or Project Management.
• Class B Commercial Driver’s License within 6 months of acceptance.
• Minimum of MSHA Surface Electrical Certification within 1 year of acceptance.
• Ability to operate a Windows-based computer operating system and Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret project blueprints and other building documents.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience as a Journeyman Electrician and supervisory responsibility.
• Familiarity with changes in equipment and products in the electrical industry.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Proficiency in utilizing construction management software such as Procore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Directing the activities of all job site personnel.
• Overseeing the construction project from start to finish.
• Participating in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Preparing customer bids using ConEst software.
• Coordinating material and manpower needs.
• Resolving customer/contractor complaints.
• Maintaining work schedule and ensuring activities adhere to predetermined schedule.
• Reviewing and maintaining daily logs in Procore.
• Completing all change orders and project invoicing as per contract requirements.
• Making hiring/firing recommendations to the Branch Manager or COO.
• Assisting with field personnel duties as necessary.

Working Conditions:

• Work may be performed in non-climate controlled areas with extremes of heat, humidity, and cold.
• Exposure to moving machines, hazardous conditions, fumes, airborne particles, and high places.
• Required to go on service calls to customers' premises, conditions of which are not within the company's control.

Pay Details: $38.00 to $51.00 per hour
