Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs.
• Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Offer direct therapy services to address speech and language goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals to enhance student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights into student needs and progress.
• Maintain accurate and current documentation of provided services.
• Full time contract position
• Travel to up to 3 school sites
• K-12th grade mild to moderate caseload

Qualifications:

• Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Hold a valid SLP license in South Carolina
• Must be able to bill Medicaid
• Preferred experience working with school-aged children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing special education services.
