CT/X-Ray Tech - PRN

UF Health Central Florida is expanding services in the Central Florida area. We are excited to open our brand new Free Standing Emergency Department being built in Eustis, FL at 17021 US Highway 441, Eustis, FL 32757. Coming to Eustis in the spring of 2024, we are hiring now for start dates over the next few months!

Staffed by ER trained, Board-Certified Physicians and clinical staff who are driven by their passion for optimum patient care. This model will also have imaging and laboratory services on site.

Under the direction of the Department Manager and in association with the radiologists, the technologist conducts themselves in a professional manner, responding to patient needs and supporting their colleagues and associates in providing quality patient care. Under the direction of the supervisor, this position must perform all functions related to multiple modalities: including CT or Xray and general Radiology Technologist duties.

The CT/Xray Technologist performs services in accordance to an accepted standard of practice and demonstrates expertise in minimizing radiation exposure to the patient, self and other members of the health care team.
