We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our dynamic team. Position Overview:
As a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant with Soliant, you will work closely with licensed Speech Language Pathologists to provide crucial support in delivering speech and language services to students. This role is well-suited for an individual who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a positive impact in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with licensed Speech Language Pathologists to conduct screenings and assessments to identify munication disorders.
  • Implement therapy activities and interventions under the supervision and guidance of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Support students, either individually or in small groups, to enhance speech, language, voice, and fluency skills.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans in coordination with the supervising SLP.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and municate effectively with the supervising SLP, teachers, parents, and other team members.
  • Contribute to the preparation and organization of therapy materials and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in munication sciences and Disorders or a related field.
  • pletion of a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) program.
  • State certification or licensure as required by regulations.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow guidance from licensed professionals.
