How you will make an impact
- Manage a number of administrative duties
- Participate in planning new employee orientation meetings
- Manage employee database records
- Review the internet to locate potential customers- Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
- Proficiency in HR Payroll System
- Human Resources (HR) Administration experience required
- Microsoft Office experience
- Approachable and appropriate behavior when interacting with personnel at all levels in a quickly changing environment
- Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
