Responsibilities:
- Providing technical and operational support for the facility and production equipment.
- Inspect facilities and grounds for needed repairs and maintenance and direct the execution of those repairs.
- Determine Root Cause for equipment downtime.
- Perform fabrication, assembly, cutting, grinding and pipefitting.
- Provide support to production during machine breakdowns.
- Work from drawings
- Be familiar with the use of micrometers, dial calipers or other measuring devices.
- Understand ISO 9000 requirements
- Possess a good working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems.
- Able to read and understand repair manuals.
- Standing long hours
- Must be able to climb ladders to retrieve and store packages.
- Have normal eye/hand motor coordination
- Ability to grasp and hold small objects
- HS Diploma/ GED preferred
