Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team in the Consumer goods manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve quality issues in real-time, ensuring that only safe and high-quality products are released.
-Maintain detailed records of inspections and testing results, and provide reports on product quality to management.
-Conduct inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
-Perform visual and dimensional inspections on products to identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities.
-Utilize precision measurement tools and equipment to validate product quality.
-Maintain accurate records of inspection results and communicate findings to the appropriate teams.
-Collaborate with production and quality control teams to address and resolve quality issues.
-Participate in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and processes.
-Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
-Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in Science or equivalent. Chemistry, Microbiology, Agriculture, etc.
-Experience in performing audits and inspections.
-Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point)
-Knowledge in food safety system such as SQF, BRC, ISO or FSSC22000.
-Preferably HACCP and PCQI Certification.
