Job Description

Job Description

Our criminal defense law firm is dedicated to helping good people, who either made a mistake or have been wrongfully accused of a crime. We believe that one bad mistake shouldn't ruin the rest of your life. We are searching for a full-time Inbound Sales Specialist to be our kind-hearted representative to potential new clients, as we seek to help as many people as we can. The ideal teammate will live in the Florida Keys, have an extensive background in sales (particularly phone sales), and provide empathy and respect

This position requires a kind heart, the ability to learn and listen with empathy, the skills to confidently explain our services, and - once hired - to fully complete our internal intake process for a smooth and successful hand-off to our legal team.

The lives of many men and women can be ruined through an out-of-character mistake. We are dedicated to helping as many of those people as possible get their lives back on track.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $65,000 yearly DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Eagerly field all incoming client calls and messages, including doing so during reasonable hours on nights and weekends, and following up with those potential clients
  • Conduct a consultation with the potential new client
  • Complete an administrative intake process - on time, every time - to onboard potential new clients into happy clients
  • Professionally ensure our clients comply with any payment plan
Qualifications:

This is not a sales position that is commissioned-based or bonus-enhanced. Our Inbound Sales Specialist is a salaried employee with full benefits. We are not solely motivated by making a sale or getting money - we are motivated by helping our clients rebuild their lives. We are looking for a teammate who is similarly motivated.

  • Experience with inbound phone sales is required
  • Experience with sales of large ticket items is preferred
  • You must be organized and capable of completing administrative and clerical duties on time and correct
  • You possess outstanding communication skills and have a sincere sense of empathy in helping others
  • You possess excellent computer skills and comfort in learning new technology
  • You must have knowledge of spreadsheet and data management
  • Previous legal experience is highly valued but not required

The salary is commensurate with experience and skills.
