SUMMARY: Will provide cleaning services and perform Quality Assurance Inspections for vacant and occupied apartments ensuring services meet company standards and expectations.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:

· Read & understand schedule and daily instructions, report deficiencies and communicate to Supervisor regularly throughout the day.

· Delivers/Setup housewares for a newly acquired apartments in accordance with company standards

· Package/pick up housewares from apartments and return to Warehouse processing

· Performs cleaning upon guest move out (turn clean). Restock apartment with standard housewares and supplies as needed

· Performs furniture inspection and reports furnishings requiring exchange and or perform minor touch up & tighten of furniture

· Responsible for keys, remotes, FOB’s issued and or assigned

· Inspects electronics & ensures internet modem, cable box and phone are in working order

· Maintains a fully stocked Inspection kit (backpack), and properly use the contents

· Proper use and storage of chemicals

· Follows safety procedures, operates equipment and performs job related duties in a safe manner

· Operates delivery vehicle in a safe and courteous manner. Determines if vehicle is safe to operate and has all of the necessary fluids (gasoline, oil, water, etc.) before loading the vehicle

· Properly documents daily activity with electronic forms and submits once activity has been completed

· Performs Inspections (Pre-Move Out, Move Out, New Unit, Final and or Return). Resolves issues and/or communicates to Synergy Office defects beyond ability to correct

· Performs delivery/pickup of miscellaneous Service Requests

· Perform Performs Housekeeping according to company guidelines

· May assist in the training of new hires

· Assist with warehouse duties when needed

· Performs other related duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Ability to use power and hand-held operated cleaning equipment

· Ability to follow and exchange verbal directions with customers, vendors and co-workers

· Ability to communicate via cell phone or hand-held devices

· Ability to understand general mathematics

· Ability to utilize GPS or read a map

· Must report to work in a clean uniform approved and supplied by Synergy Corporate Housing

· Maintains a high level of professionalism, either working independently and/or within group Setting

· Ability to work overtime or weekends when required on short notice at managers’ discretion
