Courier (Weekends & Some Thursdays)

MUST HAVE PICKUP, VAN, or LARGE SUV.

Have you seen those "OPEN HOUSE " signs that appear on the street corners every weekend?

We need your help with putting those signs up and taking them down in Pasadena!

Lin Realty Group has multiple open houses per week so we are seeking a very responsible and reliable courier who is looking to earn some extra money with a well-paying side gig.

You'll be provided with a map that shows exactly where to place the signs.

This is very independent work for somebody with a flexible schedule.

Signs need to be posted early in the mornings on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Signs need to be retrieved starting at 4 pm on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

That means you'll have a lot of "free time" (6+ hours) after you post the signs in the morning but before you pick them up in the evening.

Simple side job and it pays great!

Approximately 8-16 hours per week (@$35/hr), depending on the Open House schedule.

$35 hourly

• Once per week, pick up needed Open House signs from our office in Pasadena
• On the day of an open house, pack the open house signage into your Van or Truck
• On Thurs, Sat, and Sun mornings, place the Open House signs at predetermined street corners (you'll be given a map)
• On Thurs, Sat, and Sun evenings, retrieve the Open House signs from the street corners
• Once per week, return the Open House signs back to our office in Pasadena

• PICKUP TRUCK, VAN, or large SUV REQUIRED
• Clean background check, clean driving record, and up to date auto liability insurance
• Available for the weekend starting at 8 am at the latest
• Able to easily transport and lift 30+ open house signs
• Reliability - Being on time or early for each task that is assigned.
• Live and work within a 20-minute drive of the Pasadena South Lake shopping district
• Good communication skills
