General Manufacturing Labor

Responsibilities:

1. Perform production tasks such as operating machinery, handling raw materials, and assembling components, following established procedures and safety guidelines.

2. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and participate in quality control processes.

3. Assist in machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and downtime is minimized.

4. Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, racks, or conveyors, ensuring accurate placement and adherence to safety protocols.

5. Clean and maintain work areas, machines, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and organized working environment.

6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve any issues or bottlenecks affecting productivity.

7. Follow proper packaging and labeling procedures to prepare products for shipment or storage.

8. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.

9. Attend team meetings and training sessions as required to enhance knowledge and skills.

10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manufacturing Supervisor or Management.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred, but not mandatory.
3. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team environment.
4. Excellent physical stamina, as the role involves standing, lifting, bending, and moving heavy materials/parts regularly.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Basic knowledge of using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
7. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
8. Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
9. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
10. Basic computer skills are a plus.

Physical Demands:
1. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
2. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for an extended period.
3. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
