Position: Clinical IT Support Generalist
Department: Clinical IT
Location: Cass City, MI
Hours: Full Time. Days. No Holidays. Full Benefits.
Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a full-time Clinical IT Support Generalist in our clinical IT department. We are looking for those with a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree in office management, health care, or equivalent required;
- EPIC certification required (or must be obtained within 6 months of hire date)
- Skilled in Epic systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for coordination, training, and assisting users in the data collection, development, and implementation of Epic. Assures processes are compliant with regulatory standards. This individual will primarily support the clinics.
