We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse at our Minot clinic! This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Registered Nurses will work, within their license and/or certification, collaboratively as active members of the interprofessional team to provide therapeutic patient and family-centered care by systematically and continuously collecting and assessing data related to the patient's mental health status to develop, execute, and evaluate the plan of care. Responsible for supporting and assisting psychiatry in conducting assessments and evaluations of youth, adolescents, and adults receiving outpatient and residential services and care.

Starting wage: $33.00+ DOE

What you will do: As a Dakota Family Services Nurse, you will draw on your skills to connect with, support, and educate patients on health maintenance. You will collaborate closely with medical staff to ensure quality care is provided to all patients.

Purpose

Provide patient care, including taking vital signs, assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of plan of care.

Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care.

  • Client’s physical/mental health needs are met by ensuring health assessments, routine health care, nursing procedures and face to face evaluations are completed and appropriate referrals are made when needed.
  • Demonstrates the ability to assist providers while seeing clients. Observe and carry out orders as indicated and perform appropriate interventions as ordered.

Learning

Responsible for day-to-day patient care, assessment, and treatment in an outpatient office in compliance with agency policy and procedure and licensure scope of practice.

  • Assists with the oversight of quality assurance by monitoring the completion and quality of assessments, referrals, coordination of services, and action plans for client and assists outcomes assessment activities as assigned.

Minimum qualifications/education:

Hold a current and valid North Dakota Registered Nurse license.
