Night Shift Shop Welder (#0013-2021 GLT)

Work in a team environment on the repair and rebuilding of heavy mining equipment components. Candidates must possess a strong commitment to safety of self and others and have pride in the quality of their work. Routine overtime is involved. On occasion our shop welders assist on large field projects which would require working outside in adverse weather conditions and heights. MSHA certification is desirable.

Requirements and Clarifications of Job –

Required

• 18 years or older
• Minimum of two years experience or a two year welding degree
• Must be proficient with 1/16” FCAW in all positions and skilled in grinding, cutting and metal forming
• Must be safety oriented for self and others
• Team player with positive attitude
• Driving record that is acceptable to our company insurance
• Familiar with MSHA and OSHA

Special Demands

• Lift or Carry 75lbs

We conduct pre-employment drug testing, FJA (functional job assessment- physical), background check and motor vehicle record.
