Adjunct Instructor - Radiologic Science

Position Description: 

The School of Allied Health Sciences at Avila University is seeking qualified adjunct instructor positions for Radiologic Science courses.  Potential positions available for Fall 23, Spring 24, and Summer 24.

Responsibilities:

• Correlates clinical education with didactic education,
• Evaluates students in the clinical setting,
• Participates in didactic and/ or clinical instruction,
• Maintains current knowledge of the discipline and educational methodologies through continuing professional development,
• Maintains current knowledge of program policies, procedures, and student progress.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in field of instruction
• Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Experience in additional modalities desirable (ex. CT, MRI)

Preferred Qualifications include: 

• Master’s degree preferred in field of instruction
• Teaching experience preferred.

• Multilingual skills highly preferred

Stipend based on the credit hours assigned and previous teaching experience.
