- Organize programs and lesson plans for students under your supervision
- Utilize programs that meet state minimums and standards
- Order and manage supplies for classrooms based on chosen curriculum standards
- Train staff based on chosen curriculum and program guidelines
- Meet state-specific guidelines and hold any applicable certifications
- Experience previously working directly with children
- Ability to build strong relationships with coworkers and families to ensure a positive learning experience
- 18 years and older
- CDA a MUST
