Front of House Job Description

$15.00 – $16.00 per hour – Full Time//Part-time

Mom’s Touch provides fried chicken and sandwiches for patrons that are looking for a good quality meal at an amazing price. Mom’s Touch uses high quality and exceptionally fresh ingredients that is above and beyond a typical fast food restaurant. We aim to please our guests with outstanding experience that leaves their stomachs and their wallets content.

At Mom’s Touch, we are looking for caring, warm and motivated individuals that are willing to work as a team to provide utmost service and quality of food for our patrons.

Mom’s Touch is currently looking for Front of House (FOH) employees to provide excellent customer service to our guests. FOH employees will be the first and lasting impression provided for patrons visiting our restaurant; so we are looking for upbeat, accommodating individuals that are willing to help our guests the Mom’s way.

• Previous experience preferred
• Training provided
• Part-Time Availability (up to 25 hours per week)
• Full-Time Availability (up to 40 hours per week)
• Must be available (opening hours/ lunch hours/ dinner hours)
• Food Handler Certification (required upon hire)

Responsibilities

• Open till and set up restaurant according to company standards
• Learn usages of POS (Point-of-Touch) systems
• Learn and provide product information for guests
• Check order and finalize payments for guests
• Ensure proper food and packaging in timely and accommodating manner
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment FOH (Front of House)
• Provide excellent customer service with upbeat and genuine personality
• Close till and to clean restaurant according to company standards
