We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned HR Manager/Recruiter to join our team. As the chosen candidate, you will be tasked with overseeing all HR functions, which include recruitment, employee relations, performance appraisal, training, development, and ensuring HR compliance. The ideal applicant should possess a keen interest in talent acquisition and a proven ability to foster relationships with both internal staff and external candidates.

Compensation:

• Salary Bracket: $40,000 - $50,000

Talent Acquisition:

• Identify, source, and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including local networking within the industry, online platforms, social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their personnel needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Candidate Screening:

• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and interviewers.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.

Job Postings:

• Draft and post engaging job descriptions on relevant platforms, ensuring they accurately reflect the company's culture and expectations.

Employer Branding:

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's employer brand.
• Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and other recruiting-related activities.

Onboarding:

• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
• Ensure a positive experience for new employees as they integrate into the organization.

• The ideal candidate for this HR Specialist position in Eugene, OR, US should be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with preference given to candidates holding HR certification.
