Job Description
We are a leading manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality products for our customers. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Worker to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the inventory team to ensure adequate supplies for production.
  • Safely and efficiently load raw materials onto machinery according to production schedules.
  • Follow established procedures to maintain product quality and equipment integrity.
  • Operate production machinery as needed, ensuring proper settings and adjustments.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to identify and report any issues promptly.
  • Assemble and stack finished products onto pallets for storage and transportation.
  • Follow palletizing guidelines to ensure stability and safety during storage and shipping.
  • Conduct visual inspections of products during the production process.
  • Report any deviations from quality standards to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Work closely with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and strategies.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
