What we are looking for:

A dedicated Aesthetician who is not only passionate about skin care but, fulfilled by improving patient lives with the gift of confidence! We’re looking for someone with an overall professional demeanor and appearance, that is dependable, self-motivated, has a passion for cosmetics, beauty, and the ability to support the overall health and lifestyle of our cosmetic patients. The right candidate must be willing to attend social events and have the ambition to help patients realistically achieve their non-surgical cosmetic needs. They must be willing to stay educated on the most current techniques and products to ensure patients receive the best products and services to meet their needs.

What you'll do:

  • Educate and recommend patients on the best treatment options based on patients’ desires and skin type.
  • Stay up to date on new products and services through continued education and self-directed learning.
  • Respect and tactfully communicate with patients the risks, expectations, and pre/post treatment instruction to ensure full knowledge and understanding.
  • Accurate charting and clinical documentation on all patients and clients by the end of day.
  • Ensure the highest quality treatment and customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Maintain efficient patient flow, while supporting patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Collect and document patient information, clinical data, and other relevant details accurately and timely while ensuring patient confidentiality.
  • Respond to care questions or complaints to immediately resolve.
  • Deliver patient care per provider orders, based on practice guidelines and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain and use principles of aseptic techniques and infection control standards.
  • Practice strict adherence to all OSHA standards.
  • Operate clinical equipment according to equipment guidelines.
  • Order, stocks, and maintain exam rooms and supply storage areas using par levels of supplies, medications, linens, forms, and equipment. Monitor expiration dates and act accordingly.
  • Participate in staff meetings and provide constructive input for improvements and solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Interested candidates should have/be:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Successful completion of state approved Aesthetician program
  • Laser certification (required in certain states)
  • One (1) + years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A wide knowledgebase of patient care techniques in regard to skin care treatments such as fillers, laser, injectables, and other noninvasive rejuvenation medicine in order to recommend best treatment plan for patient(s)
  • Ability to adjust personal availability according to volume changes and activity surges

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Medical office, procedure/exam room and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
