Assist clients with claim questions.

Review Coverage with clients.

Assist clients with changes to their policy.

Call new clients and welcome them to the agency.

Monitor discounts to ensure clients are receiving the best rates.

Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.

Generate proposals to fit clients insurance needs.

Education

High School Degree with relevant sales experience

Willing to obtain Property Casualty License
