Lead Swiss Machinist

As a Lead Swiss Machinist (also known as CNC Swiss Lathe Operator, Swiss Machining Supervisor), you'll operate and maintain CNC Swiss lathes, utilize CAM software, and ensure the production of high-quality parts. You'll also lead a team of machinists, manage production schedules, and collaborate with various departments to maximize productivity. This role is perfect for someone passionate about precision machining and eager to take on a leadership role in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• One year machining trade certificate or five years Swiss turning experience.
• Two or more years CNC Machining and Programming experience, with a preference for DP Technology ESPRIT knowledge.
• CNC Swiss lathe experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 5 years in a Lead/Supervisor role, bachelor’s degree in management is preferred.
• Familiarity with MRP systems, Unipoint and JobBOSS preferred.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 13485 preferred.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in GD&T, G-Code, Machine Setups for Production Runs, CAD/CAM Software, Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, Troubleshooting CNC Machines, and Basic Computer Skills.
