Position Overview: As a Staff Accountant with Licking Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health and success of our organization. From managing accounts payable and receivable to preparing financial statements, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and processing financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices
• Updating and maintaining the database, financial records, and filing systems
• Tracking and monitoring financial transactions
• Performing account reconciliations and audits
• Compiling spreadsheets, reports, statements, and other documents
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing financial procedures.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in finance, accounting, or similar is required.
• A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in accounting, Non-profit experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software. SAGE experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
