Role

As an Engineering Leader/CNC Machinist, you'll play a crucial role in the manufacturing of new products and optimization of current jobs across a range of CNC machines. Your responsibilities will include developing machining strategies, creating process drawings, designing machining fixtures, and troubleshooting production issues. You'll also be involved in product launches, continuous improvement initiatives, and the development of junior engineers and machinists.

Qualifications
  • Advanced machining knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in GD&T, G-Code, M-Code, machine setups for production runs, manual machining skills, CAD/CAM software, blueprint reading, and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Experience with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (2-4 axis), and CAM Software (Mastercam, Autodesk Fusion 360).
