We are currently considering applicants for the full time position of Opening Front of House Team Member with a schedule of 6:00am - 2:30pm or 7:00am - 3:30pm, 5 days a week. This is a career opportunity with an amazing organization! The position earns a starting wage of $18.00 per hour with a $275 monthly contribution toward medical and dental insurance. Other benefits include complimentary meals, provided professional attire, leadership development, and guaranteed Sundays off.

Requirements and Expectations:

• 5-day work week with a consistent 6:00am to 2:30pm or 7:00am to 3:30pm schedule
• Friday and Saturday availability required - no exceptions
• Customer Service oriented - SMILE
• Primary restaurant focuses – hospitality, product quality, food safety, systems implementation, efficiency, create expectations, accomplish goals, increase sales and profits, improve productivity, cleanliness, speed, and accuracy
• Execute the Fundamentals - accurately and quickly serve outstanding food with a high level of hospitality in a clean and safe environment
• Receive coaching, training, and immediate feedback based on CFA Malvern policies and procedures
