You will join a stress and drama free work environment, with a supportive organizational culture with Clinical Directors who will ensure you will be respected, heard, seen and valued.  This position has a lot of flexibility with hours/scheduling and you can build your caseload accordingly; caseload may include in-home and in-office.  Pay DOE up to $65 per billable hour and paid drive time and mileage! Plus 401K and more for those eligible!


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide one-on-one intervention with children and their families
  • Administer developmental assessments and write reports within designated timelines
  • Design, implement, and adapt activities for each individual child utilizing best practices
  • Model effective adult-child interactions and provide written information on parenting and child development, as needed
  • Monitor, document and share the child’s progress with the family, management, and Service Coordinator
  • Complete and submit all required program and client paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: 

  • Masters degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences
  • California Speech-language pathologist license 

REASONING ABILITY, SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE:

  • Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively using written and verbal communication
  • Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
  • Must have basic computer skills 

Must be able to service culturally diverse populations and be comfortable working in homes, through tele-therapy, and in-clinic.
