Salary: $44,000 to $52,000 per year

In the role of a Service Appointment Coordinator/Service Specialist, you work directly with customers via telephone and email to provide product and service information and generate service appointments for the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fielding service department phone calls
• Booking appointments
• Daily customer retention outgoing calls and reminders
• Customer Satisfaction Survey phone calls and mailers
• Documenting and updating customer records in real-time, based on interactions

Qualifications:

• A general understanding of automotive service and repair or ability to retain information when trained
• Understanding of time management and appointment scheduling
• Multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to instantly build rapport with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Strong computer skills
