Regional Property Management Company is seeking energetic, experienced Janitorial Superintendent candidate for an apartment complex located in Ellenville, NY. The candidate we are seeking must demonstrate stable experience in a similar position and possess the requisite skills to perform light handiwork. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the daily building and grounds maintenance, care and operation, including upkeep of all common areas, and overall facility. Additional cleaning and maintenance duties may be assigned as required.
