Vehicle Handler

Our Vehicle Handlers are experienced drivers who work as a team to get the job done every day - safely and efficiently. We are looking for punctual and reliable individuals who are interested in driving brand new vehicles and comfortable working in an outdoor environment year-round. This is an entry-level position, but there is no need to stop there; within Autoport, there is ample opportunity for growth, with tenured employees of 20+ years.

Responsibilities

• Relocating new vehicles from the railyard to specific storage lots located around the terminal
• Driving and handling all vehicles responsibly to ensure damage prevention, protecting Company property at all times.
• Inspects cars to detect damage.
  
• Must adhere to safety procedures and rules.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
  
• Able to stand, walk, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
