- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing their insurance-related needs.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations and advice to clients.
-Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficient computer skills and experience using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to work full-time at our office in CERES, California.
