Role

As a CNC Machinist (also known as CNC Operator, CNC Technician), you will play a vital role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining various machines, interpreting blueprints and drawings, ensuring the precision of finished work-pieces, and collaborating with team members to resolve machining issues and meet production goals.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree or training certification preferred.
  • 2 years of machining experience.
  • Proficiency in G-Code, manual machining skills, and blueprint reading.
  • Ability to use measurement tools and machinery such as depth gages, bore gages, height gages, micrometers, calipers, CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), and CNC Lathe (5+ axis).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with numerical precision.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and handle weights up to 35 lbs alone or 70 lbs with assistance.
