Production Lead

This position is responsible for assisting in the oversight and management of production activities and completion of actual production activities to meet customer specifications and requirements. The position requires a willingness to lead, take on responsibilities and challenges, and offer opinions and direction while accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations.

Candidate MUST Demonstrate

Experience

• One year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift Operation Certification/Experience preferred.
• College Degree Preferred. High School Diploma required.
• OSHA general certification within 6 months of hire.
