**This location hires for multiple facilities**
Responsibilities:
- Keep buildings in clean IAW maintenance agreements
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Work up to 25 hours per week. weekly hours vary based on facility.
- Ability to stand for 2-3 hours consecutively.
- Ability to handle a physical workload.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Commerical cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
