Salary: Based on Experience

Are you a Customer Service and Sales super star? We want you to join our growing company. 


This position requires someone who understands the air conditioning and plumbing industry, has the ability to listen to our customers needs and communicate in a way that provides our customers with a clear understanding of their options.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Outbound calls daily to both existing and potential customers
  • Performs data entry of customer information as needed
  • Responds to questions, requests and concerns from customers and internal partners
  • Maintains company standards during recorded calls in order to ensure high quality service


QUALIFICATIONS


  • 2+ year recent out bound telemarketing/sales
  • Positive, outgoing attitude with exceptional closing skills
  • Clear and Friendly telephone voice
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, disciplined, and persuasive
  • Must be dedicated to providing superior, high quality Customer Service


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE


  • Industry experience in Air Conditioning and/or Plumbing
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ year recent out bound telemarketing/sales required
  • 40+ WPM typing speed (typing test required)
  • Experience with CRM platforms a plus
