JOB OPPORTUNITY:

Workspace+ is looking for four (4) individuals to join our team. Two (2) positions will be working with our Business Planning Team in DePere, WI and two (2) with our Marketing Team in Thorp, WI. In these roles, you will perform functions to support various projects related to your field of study that provide you with a unique, professional learning opportunity in a hands-on environment.

OPPORTUNITIES, BENEFITS, & EXPECTATIONS:

  • You will be given the opportunity to:
    1. Gain an in-depth understanding of day-to-day business planning or marketing operations by working alongside and engaging with high performing professionals within various levels of the company and may include members of sales, IT, finance, and mid or senior management.
    2. Participate in key new product development or marketing projects that directly impact business growth initiatives and engage you in the creative process.
    3. Become actively involved in projects that may include performing market analysis and research on the latest trends, preparing detailed analyses and presentations, and assisting with researching and evaluating competitor business practices to support product development and marketing strategies.
    4. Complete and present one major project based on your background, skill set, and interest, to the Senior Leadership Team. The project may include e-commerce, product development, or marketing.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Business Planning Interns: 3rd or 4th year students pursuing a degree in business administration or a related field.

Marketing Interns: College level courses in a field of study related to marketing.

Experience and/or Training: None

Technology/Equipment: Proficient Microsoft Office Suite

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:

Sitting for long periods of time, 6-8 hours per day. Walking, speaking, hearing seeing. Listen and observe the environment for hazard prevention.
