Responsibilities

Create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and cross sell.
Issue insurance documentation, update policies, and assist with payments.
Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up.
Educate and advise clients through strong relationships to maintain retention.

Requirements

Property & Casualty License Required.
3+ years insurance servicing experience required.
Strong computer and technical skills required, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software proficiency.
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
A team player who is open and receptive to coaching and feedback.
Critical thinking skills and the ability to find solutions.
Salary depends on experience.
