LABORER- Hurlburt Field AFB

VetPride Services is looking for professional able bodied persons to work the landscaping and ground maintenance at Hurlburt Field AFB in Florida. Occupation tasks include, but are not limited to the following: -trimming -edging -blowing -mowing -hedging -pulling weeds -laying mulch -cutting limbs -etc... Applicants must be willing to train on every piece of equipment, show up everyday on time, and be ready to work. Hard work and dedication are key traits in the performance of this job and we expect everyone working to be a team player with a mission success mindset. This position may be subject to layoffs during the off season. VetPride Services gives preference on hiring Veterans and Military Personnel.

Total Hourly Rate: $20.61

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 6:30am-3:00pm

Location: Hurlburt Field AFB, 220 Lukasik Ave, Mary Esther, FL 32544

Qualifications and Skills

• Applicants must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Prior experience on landscaping equipment preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to and willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand on feet while carrying landscaping equipment for majority of shift.
