Job Description

Ally Building Solutions provides flooring, cabinetry, countertop and window treatment products and expert installation services, as well as design studio solutions, to new home builders in greater Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tampa.

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our Orlando team. The Production Coordinator manages projects and provides administrative support that helps manage risk throughout the build cycle. This includes imputing order details, verifying accuracy of purchase orders, and calculating and verifying the product quantities are correctly input in the system.

Production Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Gather data internally and externally to develop and create orders for installation of supplied materials.
  • Proactively communicates to resolve discrepancies in up-front data preventing accurate or timely order entry.
  • Performs accurate and timely entry of customer selections into order processing system (RFMS order entry).
  • Monitors orders using system reports and communicates progress to leadership.
  • Interacts with design studio consultants and/or vendors to obtain and resolve any material reselections or discrepancies.
  • Investigates and resolves job billing discrepancies to ensure accurate recognition of revenue.
  • Work with our Field Project Managers to ensure that information pertaining to the job is entered and communicated correctly for installation teams.
  • Create and distribute work orders daily.
  • Monitor Schedule and efficiently schedule all jobs to minimize drive time, and field personnel overlap.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Production Coordinator Requirements...

  • Demonstrate organizational skills, with strong attention to detail, time management and prioritization.
  • Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook and Excel
  • RFMS knowledge / experience preferred, but not required.
  • Window Treatment and / or Home Building Construction experience helpful
