BDC Representative

Harvey Subaru, a leading dealership in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced BDC Representative to join our team in Bossier City, Louisiana. As a BDC Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service to support our sales team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a salary compensation package.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and requests
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule sales appointments and manage customer follow-ups
- Generate and maintain a customer database
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed set performance targets and goals
- Keep track of all customer interactions and update customer records
- Stay current with product knowledge and promotions
- Report on customer activity and sales results to management

Requirements: 

-Initial phone interview is required

-High school diploma or equivalent required

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role in the automotive industry preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in various computer programs and systems, including CRM systems is preferred. On the job training will be offered.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed
